Temporary Winter Shelter Program

Experiencing homelessness or becoming unhoused is especially difficult during the harsh winter months when even basic survival becomes a struggle. To respond to this need, the Temporary Winter Shelter Program provides additional emergency shelter spaces from October to April. This community-based service offers warm, safe overnight accommodations and essential support like nutritious meals and access to hygiene facilities. When there aren’t enough shelter beds available, the Temporary Winter Shelter ensures that no one is left out in the cold, helping protect the health and safety of our most vulnerable community members.
