Stop the Violence
counselling

Our Stopping the Violence Program offers feminist-based counselling, helping women reclaim their strength and move forward from difficult experiences so they can reach their full potential. This free, confidential service includes individual and group counselling for women who are currently facing or have faced any form of abuse—emotional, physical, or sexual—at any stage of their lives.

Our approach prioritizes safety and understanding, offering non-judgmental, compassionate counselling for women aged 19 and over and teenage girls who may not have access to other suitable services. Clients can access one-hour individual sessions or join a supportive group setting.
